Installation

  1. Install and activate RafflePress or RafflePress Pro.
  2. Download the latest RafflePress Enhancer version from your Pine Digital account.
  3. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload RafflePress Enhancer, and activate it.

Giveaways Per Page

RafflePress locks the giveaways admin list at 10 per page. Giveaways Per Page lets you pick 10, 25, 50, or 100—and change it from settings or right from the list of giveaways.

Auto-Add Verified Entrants

Automatically add RafflePress entrants who have had their email address verified to a particular FluentCRM List and optionally apply selected Tags.

  1. Go to Settings → PD Rafflepress
  2. Enable Integrations
  3. Open Settings on the Integrations card
  4. Enable FluentCRM Sync
  5. Choose a FluentCRM List (required) and FluentCRM Tags (optional)
  6. Click Save Changes
If the contact already exists, FluentCRM updates them rather than creating a duplicate, and attaches the list/tags you pass in.We then set a transient for one year. If that same contestant is verified/synced again, we skip calling FluentCRM.
No, our plugin is additive only; it does not remove tags.

Import From Giveaways

One-click import of RafflePress giveaway contestants into any FluentCRM list. Choose statuses, tags, and how to treat existing contacts.
  • Integrations module enabled
  • FluentCRM active
  • At least one non-archived giveaway with contestants
  1. Go to Settings → PD RafflePress
  2. Open Integrations
  3. Scroll to FluentCRM → Import From Giveaways (no separate toggle; tool is always available when FluentCRM is active)
  • Pick one or more giveaways (or all), contestant statuses, lists, optional tags, contact status (Subscribed / Pending), and Existing Contacts (Update / Skip)
  • Runs in batches via AJAX; shows imported / skipped / failed counts when done
  • Soft-deleted contestants are excluded; does not change live FluentCRM Sync settings or markers

FluentCRM (Tag Contacts By Giveaway)

Auto-sync verified RafflePress entrants with a per-giveaway FluentCRM tag.
  • RafflePress and FluentCRM active
  • FluentCRM module enabled
  • Auto-Add Verified Entrants on, with a FluentCRM List saved
  • At least one giveaway and one FluentCRM tag
  1. Pine Digital → **RafflePress Enhancer → **Enable FluentCRM and open Settings
  2. Turn on Auto-Add Verified Entrants
  3. Set FluentCRM List (required) and FluentCRM Tags (optional, all giveaways)
  4. Under Giveaway Tags, click Add Giveaway Tag, pick a giveaway and one tag
  5. Save Changes
  • Runs only after Email Verified (confirmation link or admin verify)
  • Unmapped giveaways get global tags only
  • Existing FluentCRM tags are never removed
  • Import From Giveaways does not use this map
  • Changing a mapping later does not update already-synced contestants
